After working as an occupational therapist, being an adjunct faculty and even writing the best selling book, On the Road To Handwriting Success, I realized that as a therapist, I had done everything within my power to support the child. However, I soon recognized that there was a missing piece in the puzzle - educating parents, teachers and caregivers. It became evident that by providing all with the necessary tools and strategies, we could truly empower each other to navigate the challenges faced on a daily basis.

That realization led me to develop the Fearless Parenting Online Courses designed specifically for parents and caregivers like you. In these courses, you will gain a deep understanding of your child's unique needs and learn practical techniques to support their development, behavior, and overall well-being.

I am passionate about equipping you with the knowledge and skills you need to become a fearless parent, effective advocate and ally for your child.

…and that’s working with the parents.  This makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE!

After working as an occupational therapist, being an adjunct faculty and even writing the best selling book, On the Road To Handwriting Success, on how to help “out of the box” children, I realized that as a therapist I did everything in my power to support the child. However, the missing piece was the work that needed to be done with the parents.  Parents need guidance, support and empowerment to advocate and be the most effective parents.  Becoming a certified parent coach was the only logical step.

Parents were not being guided and supported to ensure the child’s success at home! The family dynamic was not being addressed to create a holistic approach! Even more, the parents were going through an inner turmoil, full of guilt and anxiety.

All the work the kids did with me at the office was sometimes unraveled by the parents, who are only doing their best, but don’t have the knowledge, resources and confidence to deal with the unique challenges faced when parenting an “out of the box” kid. 

More than just that, parents are so tired of working, parenting, giving and giving… that the “structured” techniques that are usually provided by most parenting experts easily fall to the wayside. Parents are pouring from an empty cup and experiencing a sense of overwhelm and burnout.

Experience simple yet powerful MBR strategies that call upon the inner core musculature to stabilize the lumbosacral junction, creating a strong foundation from which to move.

The Lower Quadrant

Demystify the complexities of the lower quadrant by learning MBR methods that address unpleasant conditions in the pelvis, sacrum, pelvic floor and lower extremities.

Upper Back and Neck

Release the weight of the world with these tried and true MBR techniques that diminish chronic tension within the thoracic and cervical spine

The Upper Quadrant

Optimize your upper body function with these MBR techniques for the shoulder girdle and upper extremities.

Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes

Experience simple yet powerful MBR strategies that call upon the inner core musculature to stabilize the lumbosacral junction, creating a strong foundation from which to move.

The last of MBR’s five session series will review and combine the content from the previous four sessions emphasizing the chain of movement and interconnected nature of our musculoskeletal system.  Expect to learn a yoga practice that includes the five directions of spinal movement as well as strength and flexibility for head, shoulders, knees and toes (as well as all joints not mentioned).
